Policies

At By Win, every piece is produced in limited runs and carefully inspected before shipment. To preserve the integrity of our collections, we enforce a strict No Refund, Return, or Exchange Policy, except where consumer protection law expressly requires otherwise.


1. All Sales Are Final


Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for any reason other than a verifiable defect. We do not accept returns for size, fit, or change of preference.


2. Defective or Damaged Items


All items are inspected prior to dispatch. If you believe your item is defective or damaged, you must contact contact@bywin.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. Approved cases may result in repair, replacement, or refund at our sole discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases, and By Win does not provide return labels.


3. European Union Customers


In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU, customers located within the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.

We do not provide return labels under any circumstances.

Items must be returned unworn and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging attached. Removal of tags or missing promotional items (e.g. accessories or chains) will result in a deduction from the refund (minimum €10 per missing item).

The following categories are non-refundable under EU law: custom pieces, made-to-order items, and sale items.


4. Non-Refundable Items


The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable worldwide:

Sale items

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Pre-orders

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items


5. Proof of Delivery & Responsibility

By Win ships only with trackable services. Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after confirmed delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund or reshipment.


6. Refund Process (If Applicable)


If a refund is approved, the original purchase amount (minus shipping, customs, and applicable deductions) will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.


7. Finality of Terms


By completing a purchase from By Win, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. Any disputes or chargebacks will be evaluated against these published terms and the proof of fulfillment we provide.
